A complete hardware/software solution tailored to control pharmaceutical bags filling processes with a single software framework. Based on multiple technological layers (PLC/SAFE-PLC/ROBOTICS/PC/VISION), this system manages various automation devices (robots, handling systems, safety devices, …) to guarantee the maximum production output and safety. Quality is guaranteed by a multi-stage hi-performance computer vision system (tailored by Microtecna). The operators interact with the system using a PC-based GUI (CFR21/11 compliant) developed by Microtecna. Different optical sensors and lidars recognize operators presence and automatically manages safety and manual operations (using SLS and STL technologies). The system stores all the process-data on a local database. The solution can be integrated with external MES systems to guarantee fully traceability of the production process and perform condition monitoring on the line.

A Vision platform tailored to inspect and analyze objects in pharmaceutical production lines. Deformable objects (such as bags) can be geometrically checked with hi-accuracy. Deep analysis can be performed in order to recognize defects. Identification and serialization functionalities are available. AI-based extensions are available too on customer's request.
This solution can be fully customized on customer’s needs in terms of accuracy, costs and performances.
It can be integrated in automation architectures or IPC-based architectures.

Vision chambers can be tailored up to IP69K.

Fully extensible Hybrid Platform (PLC/IPC) capable to control and supervise factory HVAC in pharma contexts.
