Industrial IT Platform capable to acquire customizable sets of production data directly from machines’ PLC and automatically relate them inside a unique hi-performance database.

This solution can be fully customized by the customer itself and can record any kind of event (such as alarms) or process data and correlate them to unique identification keys in order to fully describe a product-instance history and guarantee its traceability.

Authorized operators can access and analyse these data by using local HMIs or a secure web-based interface.

Based on multiple technological layers (PLC/SAFE-PLC), this system manages multiple automation devices (robots, handling systems, safety devices, rollers, …) to guarantee the maximum production output, safety and quality. The operators interact with the system using multiple GUIs. Different optical sensors and lidars recognize operators presence and automatically manages safety and manual operations (using SLS and STL technologies). The system stores all the process-data on a remote database. The solution is integrated with an external PDA system (ACDL: developed by Microtecna) to guarantee fully traceability of the production process and perform condition monitoring on each machine.
